The transformation
From phone calls and Excel to one calendar.
Before
A shoot was organised by calling people: the cameraman by phone, the sound engineer on Viber, the driver by email. Then someone typed it all into an Excel file three people were editing at once.
Nobody could see at a glance who was free, which van was taken or whether the drone was booked. If someone cancelled, the calling started again.
The full picture lived in the coordinator's head. When the coordinator was busy, the picture was gone.
Now
Momčilo shows the next four weeks on one calendar: every shoot, every person, every vehicle, every piece of equipment.
The crew gets a push notification on their phone and confirms with one tap. The coordinator sees who is confirmed and who needs replacing, without a single call.
Everyone works from the same schedule, updated the moment something changes, from the office or from the field.
